MUSCAT — The Council said the platform handled a range of public interactions during the month, achieving full completion rates for both inquiries and reports, as part of efforts to enhance beneficiary satisfaction and improve institutional performance efficiency.
A total of 68 inquiries and 82 reports were processed with a 100 percent completion rate; 387 complaints were received, with a completion rate of 91 percent; and 13 proposals recorded an 85 percent completion rate.
