MUSCAT – The Centre urged residents to remain calm and keep a safe distance from the location if such objects are observed, while accurately identifying the site and, if possible, documenting it with photos or videos. It also advised the public to avoid spreading information on social media and rely solely on official sources.
Authorities requested that any sightings be reported directly to security agencies via WhatsApp at 77720078.
The Centre also outlined indicators of suspicious drones, including unusual loud noise, low-altitude flight, and slow movement without conventional lighting.
