Dubai: The United Arab Emirates announced that competent authorities responded promptly to two separate incidents caused by debris falling on buildings in Dubai. The debris was a result of a successful aerial interception carried out as part of ongoing security measures.
According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), one of the incidents involved the Oracle Information Technology Company building, where shrapnel fell onto the facade. Authorities confirmed that the situation was contained swiftly and no injuries were recorded.
In a separate incident, debris struck the facade of a residential building in the Marina area of Dubai. Officials reported that there was no fire and no injuries resulting from the impact.
