MUSCAT : The committee said the decision comes as conditions stabilise, with relevant authorities continuing their responsibilities and ongoing work to restore affected services in line with their respective mandates.
The NCEM expressed appreciation for the efforts of sector teams and subcommittees across governorates in managing the weather event, highlighting their role in mitigating impacts and ensuring public safety.
It also commended the public for adhering to safety guidelines and cooperating with authorities throughout the emergency response period.
