MUSCAT : Rescue teams from the Civil Defense and Ambulance Unit in Muscat Governorate responded to an emergency call involving people trapped inside a house in Al Maabilah South, in the Wilayat of Seeb, following a rise in rainwater levels.
Authorities said that 13 individuals were successfully evacuated from the residence, with all reported to be in good health. Emergency teams acted promptly to ensure their safety amid the flooding situation.
Officials continue to urge residents to exercise caution during adverse weather conditions and avoid areas prone to water accumulation.
