MUSCAT : The Ministry stated that the market will be closed for four days during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, and that operations will resume on Monday, March 23.
The ministry said that during the closure period, exporters will be allowed to directly export permitted types of fish, provided they comply with specified weight and value requirements.
However, the export of prohibited fish species will remain strictly banned, in accordance with Ministerial Decision No. 75/2019 regulating fish exports in the Sultanate.
