MUSCAT – The airline said travellers on disrupted routes are eligible for a one-time free-of-charge rebooking for flights scheduled up to April 30, 2026. Passengers may also choose to receive a full refund without penalty to the original form of payment.
Customers can manage their bookings through the ‘Manage Booking’ section on SalamAir’s website or mobile application, while those who booked through travel agencies have been advised to contact their agents directly for assistance.
