Muscat: The figures showed that Oman exported 26,600,200 barrels of oil by the end of January 2026, compared to 25,821,300 barrels during the same period in 2025, marking a 3 percent increase in exports.
However, the average price of oil declined by 9.3 percent, reaching $64.4 per barrel by the end of January 2026, compared to $71 per barrel during the same period last year, reflecting fluctuations in global energy markets.
Despite the drop in prices, the country’s average daily oil production rose by 2.2 percent, reaching 1,024,300 barrels per day, compared to 1,002,000 barrels per day during the same period in 2025.

Overall, Oman’s total oil production recorded a 3.7 percent increase, reaching 31,752,600 barrels by the end of January 2026, compared to 30,611,300 barrels during the corresponding period of the previous year.
