MUMBAI : Aviation authorities confirmed that many international flights remain suspended due to rising geopolitical tensions, directly impacting long-haul flights between South Asia and the Caribbean. Team management said other travel arrangements were being made to ensure the team’s safe return home.
The disruption comes at a difficult time for players playing in domestic leagues and having to take a break to recover from hectic tournament activities. Officials stressed that passenger safety remains a top priority as fans and cricket boards monitor developments in regional airspace policy.
