JERUSALEM : The Israeli military said on Saturday that missiles had been launched from Iran toward Israeli territory, triggering warning sirens in multiple parts of the country.
In a statement, the army said it had identified projectiles heading toward Israel and that the Israeli Air Force was operating to intercept them and, where necessary, strike additional threats.
“The public is requested to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command,” the military said, urging civilians to adhere strictly to safety guidelines.
