MUSCAT – The Authority’s Department in South Al Batinah, in coordination with the Public Prosecution, suspended the outlet’s operations after receiving complaints from 20 consumers alleging the company’s failure to deliver agreed services and execute contracted work properly.

Officials said the decision was taken due to the establishment’s failure to provide services in an appropriate manner, in violation of consumer protection regulations. Legal procedures have been initiated and the case has been referred to the competent authorities.
