DUBAI : Dubai-based ports and logistics operator DP World said on Friday it had appointed Essa Kazim as chairman of its board of directors and named Yuvraj Narayan as group chief executive officer.
Kazim currently serves as governor of the Dubai International Financial Centre and chairman of Borse Dubai. He brings decades of experience in financial and economic affairs, having held senior leadership roles across several national institutions in the emirate.
Narayan, who joined DP World in 2004, has been group chief financial officer since 2005. The company said he has played a central role in driving strategic and transformational initiatives that supported its international expansion and strengthened its position as an integrated global provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions.

DP World said Narayan’s tenure as CFO contributed to enhancing the company’s financial resilience and operational efficiency during a period of rapid global growth.
