Muscat: The Directorate General for Combating Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, in cooperation with the Muscat International Airport Directorate of Customs, confirmed that the suspect was apprehended during routine inspection procedures at the airport. Officials discovered a quantity of marijuana hidden inside her travel bags, which investigations indicate was intended to be smuggled into the country for trafficking purposes.
