Muscat: The closing ceremony was held under the auspices of H.E. Tahir bin Mabkhout Al Junaibi, Governor of Al Dhahirah, in the presence of H.E. Ibrahim bin Saad bin Bishan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Their Excellencies (the Walis), members of the Shura Council and the Municipal Council, as well as representatives of government and private entities in the Governorate.
The ceremony also featured the recognition of supporting institutions and partners who contributed to the success of the festival and strengthened its community impact. The 3rd edition of the festival recorded notable developmental and economic indicators, providing opportunities that benefited more than 200 jobseekers, supporting over 30 SMEs, and around 300 productive families.
This reflects the festival’s role in empowering national talents, promoting entrepreneurship, and strengthening local production. The festival also contributed to revitalising the tourism sector and attracting visitors from within and outside the Sultanate of Oman, which had a positive impact on commercial and service activity.

This was clearly reflected in higher hotel occupancy rates and increased demand for markets, restaurants, and entertainment facilities, alongside highlighting the tourism and investment potential of Al Dhahirah Governorate.
In terms of attendance, the festival attracted approximately 420,000 visitors, while digital interactions across social media platforms surpassed 23 million views, underscoring the scale of its media reach and consolidating its position as a prominent tourism and cultural event at the Governorate level.
