MUSCAT – The agreement reaffirms the two companies shared commitment to advancing a strategically significant project that supports regional integration across the downstream and petrochemicals sector, while contributing to economic diversification efforts in line with Oman Vision 2040.
The project is expected to strengthen bilateral energy cooperation between Oman and Kuwait, leveraging Duqm’s strategic location, advanced infrastructure, and competitive feedstock advantages, and positioning the Special Economic Zone at Duqm as a global hub for value-added industries.
