MUSCAT : VA Group, an international real estate developer, has announced the signing of a strategic agreement with F&M Middle East, an engineering and lead design consultancy.
The contract scope includes detailed design solutions for the first phase of the Muttrah Waterfront Development, VA Group’s first project in Oman. The signing ceremony took place during the solemn celebration of F&M Middle East’s 10th anniversary, under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Khalfan bin Said bin Mubarak Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning of the Sultanate of Oman.
Remarking on the agreement, Roman Kapinos, VA Group’s representative, said: “Our entry into the Omani market, supported by such esteemed partners as OMRAN Group and F&M Middle East, reflects VA Group’s strategic commitment to the development of the region and our dedication to unlocking new opportunities for Oman as one of the leading international investors. Earlier in 2025, VA Group signed two strategic partnerships with the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group). According to the agreements, VA Group will develop two modern urban clusters with high-quality apartments and villas. These master-planned communities are designed not only to provide world-class housing but also to foster vibrant environments that enhance residents’ quality of life. Planned features include international-standard public spaces such as waterfront promenades, parks, sports facilities, and areas dedicated to commerce and leisure.
