MUSCAT – The suspension, originally imposed under Ministerial Decision No. 41/2025, will now continue for six months, effective from March 3, 2026. The decision is based on the Law on Living Aquatic Resources, the Executive Regulations of the Law on Marine Fishing and Protection of Living Resources, and in line with public interest considerations.
The Ministry confirmed that the decision will be published in the Official Gazette and implemented across all relevant authorities.
