The study takes into account the effect of proposed measures on the entire network, enabling the creation of a detailed plan covering short-, medium-, and long-term improvements.
According to Muscat Municipality, the approach ensures that traffic management strategies are data-driven, efficient, and aligned with the evolving needs of the city’s road infrastructure.
