MUSCAT : In embodiment of the strategic partnership between government institutions and the private sector, the Tax Department in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate concluded its active participation in the “Entrepreneurs Forum,” organized by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) branch in Al Dakhiliyah.
Over five consecutive days, the Department’s pavilion at the accompanying exhibition served as a vital interactive platform for direct dialogue and knowledge exchange with owners of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). A comprehensive awareness package was provided, featuring a review of tax systems and detailed explanations regarding the role of taxation in supporting the national economy. Additionally, direct communication channels were opened to address various inquiries and questions.
This initiative reaffirms the Tax Authority’s commitment to fostering a stable and stimulating business environment. It aims to support the growth and sustainability of entrepreneurial projects, in alignment with the comprehensive economic development goals currently witnessed across the governorate.
