Muscat: Under Royal Decree No. (109/2025), Oman ratified the Air Services Agreement signed with the Dominican Republic in Puntacanã on November 10, 2025. The decree confirms the agreement in accordance with its attached formula and states that it will be published in the Official Gazette and come into force from the date of issuance.
Similarly, Royal Decree No. (110/2025) ratifies the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Costa Rica, also signed in Puntacanã on November 10, 2025. The decree outlines the same provisions regarding publication and enforcement.
Both decrees were issued on 9th Rajab 1447 AH, corresponding to December 30, 2025, and were enacted after reviewing the State’s Constitution and in line with the requirements of public interest
