MUSCAT : The award ceremony, held on the sidelines of the 5th edition of TAS Conclave 2025, recognised outstanding individuals, brands, and institutions that have demonstrated exceptional performance and contributed to the nation’s economic and social progress.
Leading the honours was Said Abdullah Al Hatmi, CEO of Ahlibank, who received the Excellence in Leadership Award for his exemplary vision and steadfast commitment to driving organisational and sectoral growth.
In the marketing category, Muhammad Faisal Nawaz was named Marketing Professional of the Year, while Archan Gupta, Head of Digital & Analytics at Liva Insurance, won the award for Excellence in Digital Marketing & Analytics. The Outstanding Achievement of the Year Award went to Adnan Al Alawi, CEO of Awasr, recognising his significant contributions to the nation’s digital infrastructure and connectivity.
Operational excellence was celebrated with Sami Al Zadjali, Head of Border Branches at Liva Insurance, who received the Excellence in Operations Leadership Award. In the digital arena, Saud Al Zakwani, Vice President of IDS & CI at OQ Exploration & Production, was honoured as Digital Transformation Leader 2025.
The awards also highlighted standout brands across sectors. Joyalukkas was named Best Jewellery Brand of the Year, while Woodlands Restaurant earned the title of Outstanding Dining Experience. Muscat College was recognised for its academic commitment with the Excellence in Education Award.
In the automotive category, MG RX9 won Premium Family Car of the Year, Mitsubishi Xforce secured Best Car Design of the Year, and Changan CS75 Plus was awarded Best 4WD of the Year.
The advertising and retail sectors also saw strong representation, with Mastermind Advertising named Agency of the Year and Lulu Hypermarket Oman receiving Retailer of the Year 2025.
Banking and financial excellence were acknowledged through multiple honours: BankDhofar received the award for Excellence in Customer Experience, while Sohar International secured both Bank of the Year and Excellence in Digital Transformation.
In the automotive customer service segment, Gargash Motors & General Trading LLC was awarded Outstanding Customer Experience, and Al Fidan Ceramics was recognised as Most Valuable Brand for 2025.
