Muscat: Several other locations across Oman also reported cooler-than-usual conditions, with Saham registering 12.4°C, while Ibra and Yanqul both dropped to 13.6°C. The town of Nizwa logged 14.9°C, and Thumrait and Al Mazunah followed closely behind.
While the interior and highland regions cooled down, coastal and desert towns remained comparatively warmer. Buraimi recorded the highest temperature of the day at 34.8°C, followed by Sohar and Wadi Al Maawil at 32.8°C, showcasing a broad range in temperature fluctuations across the country.
