DUBAI —The UAE has declared December 1, 2025 and 2, 2025 (Monday and Tuesday) as paid holidays for private-sector employees in celebration of the 53rd UAE National Day, also known as Eid Al Etihad.

The announcement was made by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation on Monday, confirming that all private-sector workers across the Emirates will enjoy two days of paid leave.
