MUSCAT – The project covers Plot 271, Block M/2, with a total area of 2,011.65 square meters, and includes the construction of a commercial building with surrounding public parking, in accordance with the municipality’s approved plan. The contract duration is set for 20 years.
The initiative is part of Muscat Municipality’s efforts to encourage investment and urban development while providing modern commercial infrastructure in Muttrah.
The municipality also encourages small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to participate in this investment opportunity. Deadlines for inquiries, document requests, and submission will be provided in the official tender announcement.
