MUSCAT : The ROP stated that the stickers must be securely and properly affixed and should not be placed on windshields or side windows. Only images on the rear window are permitted, provided they do not obstruct visibility. The authority also emphasised that placing unsecured fabrics on the engine cover is strictly prohibited.
The regulations specify that decorations must be limited to appropriate images and phrases that accurately reflect the occasion’s spirit. The use of the crown and dagger emblem and any stickers that alter the vehicle’s colour, shape, or compromise traffic safety are prohibited.
The grace period for applying and displaying such decorations will run from November 5 to November 30, 2025.
