Muscat: The Omani delegation was led by His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, while the Kenyan side was headed by Dr. Abraham Moreir Singh-Oyi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
During the session, both sides reviewed the strong ties between the two friendly nations and discussed opportunities to enhance cooperation in trade, investment, and other key sectors. The talks also covered regional and international issues of mutual concern, emphasizing the shared commitment to peace, stability, and sustainable development.
The meeting was attended by senior officials from both countries. Representing Oman was Ambassador Dr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Balushi, Head of the Africa Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Kenyan delegation included His Excellency Abubakar Hassan Abubakar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry for Investment Promotion; His Excellency Shadrack Mudaime, Undersecretary of Labor and Skills Development; His Excellency Abdi Aden Korio, Ambassador of Kenya to Oman; along with several other officials.
