MUSCAT – The ceremony will be held at the military parade ground of Said bin Sultan Naval Base.
The event will feature the graduation of new classes of university and executive officers, along with a series of military performances and displays marking the occasion.
The Royal Navy of Oman Day, observed annually on November 3, commemorates the handover of the RNO flag, symbolising the beginning of a proud era of naval service and achievement. The RNO – like the rest of the Sultan’s Armed Forces – continues to receive the supreme attention and generous care of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
