BankDhofar strengthens presence with opening of new branch in Al Khuwair

MUSCAT: In line with its continuous efforts to enhance customer proximity and deliver superior banking experiences, BankDhofar has inaugurated a new branch in Al Khuwair, one of the most vibrant and fast-growing districts in the Wilayat of Bawshar.

The new branch is designed to serve all segments of society, with a particular focus on employees from government institutions, ministries, and private sector companies. This expansion reflects BankDhofar’s commitment to being the most reliable, innovative, and comprehensive financial partner in the Sultanate of Oman, offering services that are convenient, flexible, and digitally advanced — all delivered with a human touch rooted in trust.

The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Mansour bin Khalifa Al Siyabi, Member of the Shura Council representing Bawshar, and was attended by several senior officials from the bank.

Ghada bint Mohammed Al Raisi, Acting Assistant General Manager and Head of Capital Branches and Contact Center at BankDhofar, emphasized that the new branch underscores the bank’s commitment to creating an integrated financial environment that supports all segments of society. “Our branches are equipped with the latest technologies and highly qualified staff to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively,” she said.

Al Raisi added: “Earlier this year, BankDhofar refreshed its brand identity under the slogan ‘From Your World, We Innovate.’ This embodies our promise to listen to customers, understand their evolving needs, and respond with innovative, meaningful, and easy-to-use financial solutions that positively impact their lives.”

Today, BankDhofar stands as the second-largest bank in Oman in terms of branch network, with more than 140 branches across the Sultanate. Each branch is equipped with modern technologies and trained professionals dedicated to delivering an exceptional banking experience.
