MUSCAT – The Ministry stated that landowners should visit the Directorate General of Housing and Urban Planning between November 2 and 13, 2025, in accordance with the approved guidelines for compensation.
Landowners are required to bring the original title deed and the survey map of their property. If the landowner cannot attend in person, a legal representative with a valid power of attorney may complete the procedures on their behalf.
