MUSCAT – The Municipality emphasized that unauthorized relocation of containers disrupts cleaning operations and negatively affects the city’s appearance.
“Moving or tampering with waste containers without prior approval from Muscat Municipality disrupts cleaning services and spoils the city’s appearance,” the Municipality said in a statement.
