MUSCAT – The Coast Guard Police, led by the Dhofar Governorate Police, arrested the four individuals while they were illegally entering Omani territorial waters and attempting to smuggle narcotics into the country.
According to a statement from the Royal Oman Police, the suspects were intercepted while using a fishing boat with the intent to traffic the seized substances.
Legal procedures are currently underway against them.
