MUSCAT : A new chapter took flight as Oman Air welcomed its latest Boeing 737 aircraft adorned in the distinctive oneworld alliance livery, a powerful symbol of global connectivity and the airline’s expanding international footprint.

To commemorate the occasion, Oman Air partnered with two Omani artists, Al-Warith Al Housni and Afrah Al Mamari, in a creative collaboration that bridges art and aviation. Their works inspired by movement, imagination, and the beauty of connection reinterpret the art of flight through the lens of Oman’s new generation of artists.

For Al-Warith, whose surreal, hand-drawn worlds merge fantasy and reality, the project was an exploration of how creativity mirrors freedom. His intricate, dreamlike style transforms detail into discovery. Afrah, meanwhile, is celebrated for her expressive textures and vibrant color palettes — a reflection of the same spirit of possibility that defines both art and aviation.

Their creations were unveiled across Oman Air’s digital platforms, symbolizing not just the arrival of a new aircraft, but the convergence of innovation, artistry, and national identity.

Oman Air officially joined the oneworld alliance in June 2025, becoming its 15th member and offering guests seamless access to over 900 destinations worldwide. The new Boeing 737 in oneworld livery stands as a visual emblem of that partnership a fusion of world-class connectivity and Omani creativity that transcends borders.
