DUBAI : Starting immediately, Dubai commuters will see varied taxi fares depending on the time and day of their ride. From Monday to Thursday, peak-hour booking fees, applicable between 8 am to 9.59 am and 4 pm to 7.59 pm, are now Dh7.50, with a flagfall fare of Dh5. During off-peak hours (6 am–7.59 am and 10 am–3.59 pm), the booking fee drops to Dh4, while the flagfall remains Dh5.
For night rides, between 12 am and 5.59 am, commuters will pay a Dh4.5 booking fee and a Dh5.5 flagfall.
On Fridays, peak hours stretch from 8 am–9.59 am and 4 pm–9.59 pm, with booking fees of Dh7.50 and a Dh5 flagfall. From 10 pm to 11.59 pm, the flagfall rises slightly to Dh5.5, while the booking fee remains Dh7.5. Off-peak timings (6 am–7.59 am, 10 am–3.59 pm) maintain a Dh4 booking fee and Dh5 flagfall.

During weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), peak hours run from 4 pm to 9.59 pm and again from 10 pm to 11.59 pm, with booking fees at Dh7.5. The flagfall fare will be Dh5 during the early peak and Dh5.5 later in the evening. Off-peak hours, extending from 6 am to 3.59 pm, will have a Dh4 booking fee and Dh5 flagfall, while night fares (12 am–5.59 am) will be Dh4.5 for booking and Dh5.5 for flagfall.
The minimum fare for taxi e-hailing rides booked through platforms like Hala or Careem has been fixed at Dh13.
