MUSCAT – The agreement aims at developing Omani human resources for employment across various sectors.
It reflects the Fund’s desire to employ Omani graduates, particularly those holding Bachelor’s degrees in Actuarial Studies, for positions within the organisation. It also covers other specialisations to be determined through mutual agreement between the Ministry and the Fund. This initiative falls under a broader annual sponsorship plan that will support General Diploma graduates beginning in 2025 and continuing through 2028.
