MUSCAT : A pioneer in Oman’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, Maryam Al Amri, Founder and CEO of Matterz Group, will take the stage at the HerStory Oman Summit & Awards 2025, joining the distinguished panel discussion titled “Power of Women in Business.”

An entrepreneur with a vision to transform ideas into impact, Maryam’s journey began in 2010 with Youth Vision — an organization dedicated to nurturing youth entrepreneurship and social innovation. What started as a platform for empowering young Omanis has today evolved into Matterz Group, a powerhouse for innovation and enterprise development.

Under her leadership, Matterz Group drives transformation through its subsidiaries: Innovation Hub, which specializes in solution design and strategic innovation frameworks, and Skillerz, a platform focused on talent development and upskilling the next generation of leaders.

Recognized globally for her thought leadership, Maryam is a Certified Chief Innovation Officer and currently serves as President of the GInI Oman Chapter, where she continues to champion a culture of creativity and entrepreneurship across corporate and public sectors. Her work has earned her recognition as a Distinguished Global Innovation Institute Ambassador, highlighting her contribution to advancing innovation standards in the region.

At the HerStory Oman Summit, Maryam will bring her unique perspective on how women entrepreneurs are reshaping the business landscape through innovation, resilience, and collaboration.

The summit, themed ‘Leading the Charge’, aims to be a high-profile platform to spotlight the contributions of pioneering Omani women, entrepreneurs, and policymakers, fostering dialogue on women’s evolving role in the Sultanate’s future.
