MUSCAT : The Ministry affirmed Oman’s support for the agreement, describing it as a significant step toward halting the ongoing war, securing the release of prisoners and detainees from both sides, and ensuring the delivery of much-needed humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
The Ministry also stressed the importance of sustained regional and international efforts to solidify the ceasefire and create the conditions necessary for a just and comprehensive political solution. Such a resolution, the statement said, must guarantee the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and contribute to achieving long-term security and stability in the region.
