MUSCAT : The initiative, launched under Investment Bid No. 3/2025 by MTCIT’s Internal Investment Committee, in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, is part of Oman’s broader efforts to promote sustainable mobility solutions and support the national Net Zero by 2050 strategy.
Spanning a total area of 2,400 square meters, the project will be developed on land owned by MTCIT and will be tendered through the Tatwir platform (www.tatwir.om).
The Ministry said the project seeks to attract qualified investors and local companies with experience in the field of electric vehicle maintenance and operations. The goal is to provide integrated services that support the growing adoption of electric vehicles across the Sultanate and align with the National Net Zero Program, which aims to reduce carbon emissions and promote environmentally responsible transport solutions.
