Muscat – Launched in partnership with the University of Arizona’s Eller Executive Education, the initiative supports RAM’s commitment to strengthening executive education across Oman by building a strong national pool of certified trainers. They will contribute to shaping the future of leadership development both locally and globally.
The programme is designed to nudge a cohort of certified Omani trainers towards a higher level of expertise by enhancing their ability to design, deliver, and evaluate advanced executive learning programmes. This ensures the long-term continuity of RAM’s ongoing initiatives while aligning with the national goals laid out in Oman Vision 2040. Successful participants will receive international certification as Executive Learning Trainers, strengthening their ability to contribute meaningfully to entities both at home and abroad.

Applications are open to 25 Omani professionals who have at least ten years of significant experience in management roles within the public or private sector, including SMEs, faculty-positions in academia or learning and development roles within organisations. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in delivering training to executive-level participants in professional settings. Previous exposure to leadership-related training is considered an advantage.
