Muscat – The project aims to significantly improve traffic flow; serve vital facilities, urban plans and neighborhoods; and enhance surface water drainage systems and crossings.
The development will include the construction of dual and service roads, upgraded intersections, comprehensive drainage systems, and enhanced safety features.
Key features of the project include:
• Dual carriageway extending 11 km with additional lanes
• 3.5 km single service road
• Six signalised intersections
• 2.5 km concrete drainage channel
• Multi-cell box culverts for rainwater drainage
• Roadside drainage system
