Muscat – In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Rashid and the people of Iraq.
His Majesty the Sultan also sent a cable of congratulations to President Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier of the Federal Republic of Germany on his country’s National Day.
In it, he expressed his wishes for continued progress and development for the country in all fields, hoping for the growth and expansion of cooperation and partnership relations to serve mutual interests.
