MUSCAT – As part of this effort, the municipality is urging owners of vehicles parked for long periods in public lots to retrieve their cars before October 4, 2025.
Failure to do so will result in the vehicles being towed and impounded, with all financial and legal consequences borne by the owners. Dhofar Municipality has clarified that it will not assume any responsibility for these outcomes.
“Accordingly, Dhofar Municipality calls upon the owners of these vehicles to cooperate with it in the service of the public interest and to cooperate in transporting these vehicles to the designated sites before October 4, 2025,” the alert stated.
