DUBAI : India booked their place in the Asia Cup 2025 final after defeating Bangladesh by 41 runs in their Super Four clash on Wednesday.
Batting first, India posted 168 for six in their 20 overs, with contributions spread across the middle order after a cautious start. Bangladesh’s bowlers kept the scoring rate in check but were unable to stop India from setting a competitive total.
In reply, Bangladesh were bundled out for 127, falling short despite brief resistance from their top order. India’s bowlers struck at regular intervals, with disciplined spells ensuring the chase never gathered momentum.
