MUSCAT – The forum is organised as part of the efforts of the Directorate of Pharmacy and Medical Warehouses in Musandam Governorate to highlight the vital role of pharmacists as a fundamental pillar of the healthcare system. The forum serves as a platform for communication between pharmacists and the community, an opportunity to enhance professional empowerment, and to showcase pharmacists’ contributions to improving the quality of healthcare services.
Mouza Ahmed Al Shehhi, Director General of Pharmaceutical Care and Medical Warehouses in Musandam, delivered a speech in which she emphasized that the pharmacist is a key partner in the treatment journey.

She added that the Directorate General of Health Services in Musandam is currently implementing several development projects as part of its strategic plans, most notably the Regional Medical Warehouse Project in the governorate. This project is expected to enhance the efficiency of the pharmaceutical and medical supply chain and ensure the safe and timely delivery of supplies all over the governorate.
