RIYADH : The one-day holiday will see schools, banks, government offices, and private institutions across the country closed as citizens prepare for nationwide celebrations. The day commemorates the historic unification of the Kingdom in 1932 under the leadership of King Abdulaziz Al Saud, a milestone that reshaped the region’s history.
This year’s festivities will unfold under the theme “Our Pride Lies in Our Nature”, highlighting Saudi Arabia’s cultural heritage and natural environment. Across the Kingdom, cultural events, concerts, patriotic displays, and spectacular fireworks will illuminate the night skies, creating a unifying moment for millions of citizens and residents.
