MUSCAT – The programme seeks to enhance local content across sectors, promote social investment, and implement social responsibility initiatives in the industrial cities.
It involves conducting value chain analysis, identifying investment opportunities, developing initiatives to allocate businesses to SMEs, conducting studies on social requirements, and training of national cadres to meet market needs.

The cooperation programme was signed by Eng. Dawood bin Salim Al Hadabi, CEO of Madayn, and Eng. Mohammed bin Hamoud Al Naabi, CEO of OPAL.
