MUSCAT – The second edition of the award, held in collaboration with strategic partners from the public and private sectors, underscores the importance of partnerships and the activation of integration between the ITHCA Group and various government and private institutions.
This reinforces the award’s national role in stimulating promising economic sectors and opening new horizons for entrepreneurs. The award provides an integrated platform for emerging technology companies, including technical and advisory support, financing opportunities, and communication with investors and experts in local and regional markets.
The workflows included multiple phases, beginning with opening registration to all interested individuals and entrepreneurs, based on available tracks or direct nominations from relevant authorities. This was followed by selecting the best projects to present their proposals to the judging panel during the exhibition. The final phase included honouring the winners and providing support and guidance to accelerate their growth in the market.

Engineer Saeed bin Abdullah Al Mandhari, CEO of ITHCA Group and Secretary General of the award, said: “The Scale Award aims to support and empower emerging technology companies and enhance the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Sultanate of Oman.” He explained that the strength of partnerships and the complementary roles between the public and private sectors are the foundation for achieving the award’s objectives.
