MUSCAT – The registration process, managed by the Ministry’s Professional Standards Department, aims to facilitate the issuance of the Professional Classification Certificate and the Professional Practice Licence for individuals working in key sectors. Registration is now open for the following fields through designated online platforms:
• Accounting, Finance, and Auditing Sector
• Logistics Sector
• Energy and Minerals Sector
‘The Ministry of Labour emphasises that registration and obtaining the Professional Classification Certificate and the Professional Practice Licence are essential requirements for practising the relevant professions. This reflects a commitment to regulating the work environment in accordance with best international practices, and contributes to achieving the objectives of Oman Vision 2040 in building a diversified, knowledge- and innovation-based economy,” the Ministry’s announcement stated.
