MUSCAT : The first of the events, the Omani-Thai Business Forum, opens tomorrow (Sunday), providing a platform for companies from both nations to explore trade and investment opportunities. The forum will facilitate dialogue between Omani and Thai entrepreneurs, tackling challenges while encouraging partnerships in key sectors.
On Tuesday, the spotlight shifts to the Omani-Pakistani Business Forum, where discussions will focus on joint ventures, trade growth, and projects supporting economic diversification. Both sides are expected to explore new investment opportunities under Oman’s favorable business climate.
Midweek, OCCI will host an introductory meeting on the Omani Commercial Office in the United States, highlighting its role in guiding Omani companies entering the American market. The session will cover services such as U.S. legal advisory, identifying opportunities, and facilitating business-to-business links between Muscat and Washington.

The final forum on the calendar is the Omani-Estonian Business Forum, scheduled for September 8, dedicated to enhancing trade and investment cooperation with Estonia and expanding joint ventures in technology and innovation sectors.
His Excellency Faisal bin Abdullah Al Rawas, Chairman of OCCI, stressed that these events underline Oman’s commitment to economic diversification and global integration. “Business forums open new channels of cooperation and allow Omani institutions to introduce their products and services to new markets,” he said, adding that they also encourage foreign investors to explore Oman’s growing investment potential.
The forums, held alongside the Jabal Al Akhdar Press Forum, bring together more than 70 journalists and media professionals, underscoring OCCI’s emphasis on transparency and promoting Oman as a competitive hub for trade and investment.
