MUSCAT : Oman’s luxury real estate market has reached a new milestone with the record-breaking sale of the country’s most expensive penthouse. The ultra-luxurious residence, located at The Arc in The Sustainable City – Yiti, sold for more than OMR 2 million, setting a new benchmark in the Sultanate’s property sector.

The sale forms part of the development’s initial phase, which has already generated over OMR 10 million in sales ahead of its official launch — a clear sign of the strong demand for sustainable, high-end living in Oman.

Redefining Luxury Living
The penthouse offers sweeping views of the sea, mountains, and marina, blending world-class design with exclusivity. It features a private entrance foyer, bespoke interiors with premium finishes, and an expansive outdoor terrace complete with a private pool. Residents will also enjoy dedicated parking and tailor-made amenities, establishing a new standard for luxury living in Muscat.

A Landmark in Sustainability
The Arc is part of The Sustainable City – Yiti, Oman’s largest sustainable urban development, spanning nearly one million square meters. Designed to be the nation’s first net-zero emissions city by 2040, the project prioritizes renewable energy, 100% water recycling, zero-waste to landfill, and urban food production with a target of 80% self-sufficiency.

The record-setting sale not only reflects rising investor confidence in Oman’s real estate market but also highlights the growing appeal of properties that combine opulence with environmental responsibility.
