London: The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) confirmed Salah’s victory on Thursday, crediting his remarkable season with Liverpool, where he played a pivotal role in securing the club’s 20th league title.
Salah ended the season as the Premier League’s top scorer with 29 goals and also recorded a stunning 18 assists, reinforcing his dominance across both goal-scoring and playmaking categories.
The Egyptian forward beat a strong shortlist that included Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United), Alexander Isak (Newcastle United), Alexis Mac Allister (Liverpool), Cole Palmer (Chelsea), and Declan Rice (Arsenal).

With this win, Salah becomes the most decorated player in the history of the PFA award, surpassing legends such as Thierry Henry, Cristiano Ronaldo, Alan Shearer, Gareth Bale, Mark Hughes, and Kevin De Bruyne, each of whom won the award twice.
His third PFA title (after the 2017-18 and 2021-22 seasons) adds to an already historic run. Salah has now achieved an unprecedented five individual honors in a single Premier League season, having also claimed:
